Get Started
Google Chrome is the required browser to use tvfcuLIVE Stream. Other browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) are not supported. You must have a working webcam and microphone to use tvfcuLIVE Stream on a desktop computer, and tvfcuLIVE Stream will test for both camera and microphone prior to connecting to a Personal Consultant.

Here are detailed steps on how to proceed with any requests to delete your account and information on the data removed and retained during this process.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
Contact us to request that you would like to delete your video banking account by any of the methods listed below:
• Secure message from within the Your$ mobile app (Login, go to More in the bottom right, and select Message Center)
• Call us at 423-634-3600
• Video Chat with us through our tvfcuLIVE Stream video banking
Data Deletion from the App
When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted:
• Personal Information: All personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the app.
• App Usage Data: Any data related to your interactions and usage of the tvfcuLIVE Stream app.
Data service charges may apply through your wireless carrier.
Your use of Online and/or Mobile Banking may result in fees or charges for data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for your use of or interaction with Mobile Banking. You agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions imposed by your provider. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services.
