TVFCU Mobile Check Deposit Details

The TVFCU Mobile App allows you to deposit checks from the convenience of your mobile device. Here’s how it works:

  • You must have an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet with the YOUR$ digital banking mobile app downloaded and installed. If the YOUR$ mobile app does not automatically update, please visit your app store to update (Apple) or download (Android).
  • Endorse the check with your signature, account number, and the words "For Mobile Deposit Only TVFCU."

  • Take a picture of the front and back of your check, following the on-screen instructions.

  • Select the checking account into which you want to make the deposit.

  • Enter the check amount.

  • Verify that everything on the screen is correct, then hit "Submit."

  • We'll confirm that the check has been received.

Also, keep in mind the following:

  • Your checking account must be in good standing to be eligible for mobile deposit services.

  • Must be enrolled in YOUR$ digital banking and have a valid email address.

  • Mobile deposit funds availability is not immediate; funds will be available after review.

Is Mobile Deposit a free service?

Yes, Mobile Deposit is a free service for members with a TVFCU checking account.

Is there a limit to how much I can deposit in a day?

Yes, there is a $5,000 limit on daily deposits.

Is my mobile check deposit money immediately available?

No, we review the deposit first, but funds are typically available within 48 hours.

How do I delete my Mobile Deposit services if I no longer want them?

Here are detailed steps on how to proceed with any requests to delete your account and information on the data removed and retained during this process.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

Contact us to request that you would like to delete your digital banking account by any of the methods listed below:

  • Secure message from within the Your$ mobile app  (Login, go to More in the bottom right, and select Message Center) 

  • Call us at 423-634-3600 

  • Video Chat with us through our tvfcuLIVE Stream video banking 

Data Deletion from the App

When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted:

  • Personal Information: All personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the app.

  • App Usage Data: Any data related to your interactions and usage of the YOUR$ Digital Banking app.

If you receive a valid response, then Premium Messaging is enabled. If you receive any kind of ‘message failed’ or ‘error’ message, then you do not have the Premium Messaging and would need to contact your cellular carrier to have it enabled on your phone.
