“The Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union Staff staff at the 4974 TN-58 and at 491 Greenway View Dr in Chattanooga, TN sent me a card wishing me a Happy Retirement. Also, the level of professionalism and friendliness at both credit union locations has exceeded the Chick-fil-A retail standard. Dale Carnegie professional training is modeled after Chick-fil-A. Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union is who other businesses need to model themselves after now in terms of providing the highest levels of customer service and professionalism with sincere appreciation and friendliness towards customers. Job well done!!”
