Reactivate Card Vishing Scam
A new vishing scam is circulating among Tennessee Valley consumers. The call states that your debit card has been deactivated and then instructs you to press a number and enter your card info to reactivate it. This scam is impossible to trace due to phony caller IDs and no actual call back number given.
These calls are not from TVFCU. Do not give out any information and if you have given out any personal/account information, please contact us immediately to protect your accounts.
