*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Rates and terms subject to change without notice. The minimum annual percentage rate is 4.25% and the maximum APR is 18.00%. Rates are tied to the Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal: rates as low as 4.25% based on member’s credit score. The rate will be fixed for 2 years and adjust once every 2 years for the remaining term. The payment will be based on $1.00 per $100.00 of the outstanding principal balance. On initial new money draw of $12,000 or more, the closing costs up to the maximum of $500.00, will be paid by the Credit Union, amounts in excess of $500.00 are paid my the member and the credit line must remain open for 24 months from the effective date of the loan. If the credit line is closed for whatever reason within 24 months of effective date, the member must pay back any fees paid on their behalf. Check with your tax advisor for potential tax benefits.
