With just a few exceptions, TVFCU branches are the embodiment of our progressive nature by the setup of the POD stations where the majority of member transactions are performed. Our employees have been emphatic in their affinity for these workstations over a traditional teller window approach. This setup has proven to be effective in eliminating barriers and enabling our Financial Consultants to deliver outstanding service everyday.

Commitment to Training

We are committed to training our teams to be fully knowledgeable of the products and services that we provide. TVFCU offers an industry recognized operational training program for those who join our member services teams. Additionally, all new employees participate in an highly interactive new hire orientation (NEO) with TVFCU to gain the perspective of our senior staff, recognize the opportunities ahead and learn what sets us apart from other financial institutions. Finally, our Online University provides on demand training on an array of topics from industry specific regulations to computer knowledge.
