Frequently Asked Questions

If you are an individual needing disability related accommodations for applying and/or interviewing with TVFCU, please request them in advance by contacting the HR Department at 423.634.3600.

If you are in need of technical assistance with the TVFCU career site please contact the HR Department, at the number provided, during standard business hours, Monday through Friday or via support@tvfcu.com

Can I fax my application or resume to TVFCU?

No – TVFCU does not accept faxed resumes or applications due to the potential for poor image quality. You can mail your application or return it to any of our branch locations. Resumes are not accepted without a completed TVFCU application.

Why haven’t I been selected for an interview?

Unfortunately, it is not always feasible to interview every qualified applicant. Our recruiting team is diligent to give consideration to each application that we receive and select individuals whom we feel are the best match to our staffing needs. If you have not been contacted, your information still remains on file for one year.

What is the interview process like with TVFCU?

Interviews can be with either a member of the HR staff or HR and hiring manager. Individuals who have been successfully screened and invited to interview will usually meet with the hiring team at the branch which currently has the open position.

Do I need to complete a separate application for each position I wish to apply for?

No, unless your previous application is older than 60 days. If your personal information has changed please contact us at 423.634.3600 to learn about updating a recent application. If your last application is older than sixty days a new application will be necessary.
