In addition to the benefits plans outlined below, there are ten (10) holidays recognized by the Credit Union and a generous allotment of personal leave time for full-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays beginning the first month following his/her hire date.
Full-time employees are eligible to accrue leave time after 90 days satisfactory performance.
- 15 days per year after 90-day introductory period up to 3 years of service.
- 20 days per year up to 10 years service.
- 25 days after 10 years service.

* Health Insurance can be purchased by part time employees who work a minimum of 25 hours per week if they pay the full monthly premiums (not subsidized by TVFCU).

Corporate Logo Wear Program
TVFCU assists employees in the purchase of corporate branded apparel to be worn while working in the branch or TVFCU offices. Employees are provided an allowance each year for the purchase of this high end apparel to reinforce our brand, team effort and overall unity as TVFCU.
Employee Share Draft Accounts
Credit Union employees automatically receive Trophy Level Rewards Checking upon hire and can have their pay direct deposited into various Credit Union Accounts (e.g. savings account, IRA, loan payment, club accounts). Trophy Level Rewards Checking includes no monthly service fees, no foreign ATM fees, free checks, free traveler’s checks and higher dividends on interest bearing accounts).
